For eons there has existed the betrayal of trust. It started in the Garden of Eden and spread like toxic waste over all the lands of the earth. In times like these, where cheating is rampant, and sweet nothings literally mean nothing, betrayal is something all too common.

God created a basis of trust in the Garden of Eden whereby man’s and woman's natural inclination would be to look at God as the Father. However, we know all too well that that initial trust was broken and shattered, and God's hope for humanity fell weak.

God's hope, though, is just that; hope in something that he believes will happen for all creation. As a Father, as a parent, God created us in his image. Therefore, any parent knows the woes as God would in raising a child with hopeful expectancy that they become responsible, loyal, filial, and good citizens.

When we look through God's Word in the Divine Principle, the Providence of Restoration through Indemnity guides us to perhaps believe that there is a hard walk ahead, especially if one has consciously walked away from the presence of God. For those who are faithful, it is a hard reality if caring for a child, a friend, a foe, and anything in between and watching them lose that connection with God. Whether you're a first-generation Christian, or a child born of the will of True Father when original sin was removed from each one of us, the struggle for faith and the upward climb can seem daunting. You may feel as though you will never get "there" or be flooded with thoughts of negativity and doubt.

Whether we would like to accept it or not, we do have a loving Father who reigns supreme over the expanse of creation. His name is, "Jehovah Jireh, the Lord our Provider," as many well-known Christian Ministers would state. However, for some, upon hearing that, they might get squirmish.

If you are someone who has a child, or a loved one who has not returned to the authority of our Father, True Father, and Jesus in spirit world, we know that God never gives up! Through another's prayer and supplication, and the warmth of welcome, anyone can believe that there is a Christ who lives on as we experience Godly love.

God urges all His sons and daughters that it is not too late to pick up your rods of iron, clarify your judgment, and believe again in something; someone who is so deeply embedded in our being.

A story of grace may be to look at the story of a young man who swindled all his inherited money, who partied with those that sought him for his riches, and when his luxuries ran out, likely left him to the dusts of the earth. We know the parable of the prodigal son that Jesus shared with all who would listen. However, do we care to know the story of his Father? The one who had been patiently, meekly, persistently loving his child. Though one may feel afar, our loving Heavenly Father always waits, observes, and blesses those who are poor of heart, those who are hurt and those who need healing.

Do we then know what the prodigal son did? In Luke 15:18-20, The Bible says, "I will arise and go to my father, and will say unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and in thy sight: I am no more worthy to be called thy son: make me as one of thy hired servants." How then, does the prodigal son's father respond? In Luke 15:22-24, it then goes on to say, "But the father said to his servants, bring forth quickly the best robe, and put it on him; and put a ring on his hand, and shoes on his feet: and bring the fatted calf, and kill it, and let us eat, and make merry: for this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found."

We can see from scripture that there was no hesitation from the father when it came to blessing his son; his child. So, it is with God. The Holy Spirit, Jesus, True Father, and our Heavenly Father all will for us to come home and for us to surrender. He yearns for a personal relationship and to know that He is there and will be for all of eternity.

If you have a loved one and you know in your heart that you want them to step into the love of God, an Australian Evangelical Preacher named Ben Fitzgerald: a true prodigal said, "I encourage you to get out your phones, select a picture of the one or ones you know would delight in knowing the Lord, set their picture on your wallpaper and whenever you open up your phone, speak to the angels, to Jesus and to our loving Father in Heaven, and claim boldly, 'Go get 'em!!!'
